1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to external factors.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, logistical issues, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may apply.


5. Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent by email (if available based on shipping service used).


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to local import duties or taxes.
Customers are responsible for these additional charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

  • Delivery times may be extended or cancelled

  • Lost shipments due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a parcel is severely delayed or appears lost:

  • We will work with our logistics partners to investigate

Where a shipment is confirmed lost, an appropriate remedy will be issued in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by external factors (carriers, customs, weather, pandemics, etc.).


9. Damaged or Faulty Items

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

A replacement, refund, or repair will be provided according to the Refund & Returns Policy and ACL.
